This service is available free from any touch-tone,
cellular or pay phone. Access the same information from
all other areas outside of California by dialing

This
information system provides current road conditions
within the California State Highway System. The
information provided covers incidents that cause
significant delays to the normal flow of traffic
including, but not limited to, full closures; 1-way
traffic controls; lane closures; construction;
maintenance projects and emergencies. Keep in mind that
the following conditions will NOT be found in these
reports: normal commute traffic, ramp closures and
traffic flow conditions.
The
information in each report is the latest information
reported to the Highway Information Center. The center
is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days
per year.
